INSPIRATION: Pat Dryburgh
When I first had the idea for one of my projects to learn CSS through a Tumblr design I had one thing on my mind: be like Pat Dryburgh.
I figured that if I could design a wicked Tumblr theme I would get all the fame, glory & girls that came along with it, or that’s what I thought.
All kidding aside, Pat Dryburgh was the inspiration for this project. There are many other great designers out there who I follow, however, there is something about Pat’s work that I really like.
Sure I know Pat and he paid me to write this little blurb (just kidding) but there was something about the custom Tumblr theme that he designed a while back for himself (no longer visible) that inspired me. I figured that if I could even just design something that was 1% as good as his then I would be happy.
I am not a designer by any means (such as Pat who has immense amount of training, skills, talent etc.) nor do I strive to be one. What I am is something who enjoys art, being creative and being online and I wanted to find some way to combine all of these together.
Note: Pat recently resigned from his full-time job to move on to full time freelance work. You should hire him NOW!

Dude, I didn’t see this until today, but thank you so much! I am both humbled and honoured. I should have my newest Tumblr creation up sometime this week!
No problem guy, its how it is.
