The project for last week was to learn CSS through the development of a Tumblr blog theme.

Considering that the Tumblr CMS is pretty straight forward (compared to other options out there) I thought that this might be the easiest way to go about ‘properly’ learning CSS.

Also, in addition, I wanted to develop a new splash page for kevinvanlierop.com that highlighted the things I do and who I am.

Although I go through re-designs all of the time not many of them have much thought put into them I wanted these two to be different with more thought put into them.
